Manifesto

❤ 1/12 – We love geniuine food & cooking above all

❤ 2/12 – We love our history, traditions, how we are still respecting them over centuries, how we let them live again in local fairs, local markets, festivals.

❤ 3/12 – We love seasonal ingredients, as they bring inside the smell of the fields, the light of the sun, the hard work of the hands obtaining the best in quality & flavour. We were growing up with products from the vegetable gardens of our grand grand parents that  every day they were tired but happy to offer us such  healthy and tasty things. It’s a way to celebrate them and in a world in which everything is availbale all the year round, we are proud to going back and enjoy the rythm of the seasons !

❤ 4/12 – We love quality food – We say “NO” to junk food,full of salt or sugar additives high in calories but very poor as nutritional value. Taste maybe is not bad, but your body doesn’t enjoy at all. We care about your health, we would love you live as long as our ancestors that haven’t seen a doctor in their live.

❤ 5/12 – We love conviavility: laying the table & eating is a ritual, is a sharing moment of food, flavours, remembers, ideas, laughness, friendliness, familiar warm nees essential to keep special and intimate our home.

❤ 6/12 – We love telling stories, memories, recipes, proverbs & legends – Anything we’ve experienced and is part our our live is shared as you can have the feeling to be part of it.

❤ 7/12 – We love making things with passion. Passion is the key to experience the vitality of life and and our utmost is to trasmit it to you.

❤ 8/12 – We love learning together. We are not professional cook, we are not marketing experts, we just love what we do; we will surely make mistakes, we can learn together and to give our best.

❤ 9/12 – We love meeting people around the globe; this means new discovers, opening minds, mutual grownth in experiences we’ll never forget.

❤ 10/12 – We love technology in the sense of great connections & possibilities.  We are living in a super great moment, fully connected, and we can interact and see us wherever we are!  That’s cool 🙂

❤ 11/12 – We love creating dishes : transforming simple single ingredients in something that wasn’t existing, taking care of it and offer to your beloved ones proudly with joy in your eyes is a journey of the heart, that brings your everyday stress away.

❤ 12/12 – We love sharing & enriching you through new knowledges: you are  our lifestyle & food ambassador in the world for the next generations and at the same time we are your ambassador. A true enrichment is always double, is a circular “give and take”. A shared joy is a doubled joy. We are United in our differences.
