- Chicken or Rabbit “arrosto morto” – Stewed chopped meat in garlic, white wine and sage
- Hunter’s stewed Chicken – Stewed chopped meat with pancetta, tomato, olives and herbs
- Tiramisù – Traditional dessert with ladyfingertips biscuits, mascarpone and coffee (my amazing tiramisù!!!)
