Almost once a week is Pizza Day.
Of course, pizza is one of the beloved dish of the whole world and in my family is like a ritual to have homemade pasta dough.
I usually make the pasta dough in the morning for having pizza in the evening, and every 2/3 hours I rework it.
I leave you here again my recipe that usually gives great results and is enough for 2 baking pans, so fine for 4 people.

500 gr. Manitoba flour ( or 250gr.manitoba flour + 250 flour nr. 0 )
2 teaspoons salt
300 ml warm water
yeast ( dried in small granular size)
5 spoons extra virgin olive oil

Mix salt & flour
Melt yeast in warm water
Add the liquid part to the solid one.
Add olive oil and mix again.
Work it for 5 minutes.
Leave it grow in a warm place also for the whole day.
Decorate as you like but add the mozzarella just 5 minutes before the end of cooking
Oven 250° – 15/20minutes
